Shrimp salad on a bed of lettuce

SUMMER SHRIMP SALAD

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or miracle whip
  • 1/3 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 tsp Mediterranean Char-it Rub
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  • Cut shrimp into bite size pieces. Combine with all the remaining ingredients.
  • Chill for 1 hour.
  • Serve on a bed of lettuce or sandwich roll.
