Shipping & Return Policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the order. Please note that the shipping rates for items that we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Due to COVID -19 there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on grocery products. If we make an error, we will automatically replace items. However, if a customer ordered and received what they ordered, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, original unopened packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The BBQ Chef cannot be held liable for conﬁrmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been conﬁrmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you first call your local post ofﬁce or courier to inquire further.
