- 4 Rib-Eye Steaks
- 5 tbsp Green Peppercorn Char-it Rub
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Preheat grill on high for direct grilling.
- Rub some oil over the steaks and coat with Green Peppercorn char-it rub. Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Grill the steaks over direct heat until nicely marked, about 2 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Let steaks rest for 5 minutes, and serve with grilled vegetables. Use with the BBQ Smoke Box, which gives you a subtle smokiness to your meat.
