• 4 Rib-Eye Steaks
  • 5 tbsp Green Peppercorn Char-it Rub
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil


Preheat grill on high for direct grilling. Rub some oil over the steaks and coat with Green Peppercorn char-it rub.

Lightly oil the grill grates. Grill the steaks over direct heat until nicely marked, about 2 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

Let steaks rest for 5 minutes, and serve with grilled vegetables.
