Fish taco on a plate



  • 1 lb. fish, such as cod cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2½ tbsp American Classic Char-it Rub
  • Lime juice
  • Tomatoes chopped
  • Cabbage, chopped
  • Salsa or mango salsa


  • Wrap tortillas in foil and heat in a 350 ̊F oven. In a large bowl, toss together fish, oil, American Classic CHAR-it Rub and lime juice.
  • Heat skillet on medium-high heat. Place fish in skillet, cooking and turning fish, until cooked, about 10 minutes. Remove tortillas from oven. Fill with cooked fish, tomatoes, cabbage and salsa.
